Que Morgan, is a Speaker, Host and Mental Health Enthusiast who learned the importance of healing after death, heartbreak and discovering toxic childhood traits. Which lead him into the office of a therapist, the studio of a yoga session and even practicing the art of mindfulness. His experiences has lead him into curating healthy conversations around healing in more modern ways. Modern healing is the podcast that explores that narrative and shares the stories of those who have overcome life’s low moments and discovered more modern ways to heal.
